One of the worst minecraft panel I have ever seen, its a nightmare to work on that panel. If you are a developer I won't recommend using this hosting Its panel is so slow and console literally crash my browser. Marco Padilla was such a big help I was talking to the bot for hours getting nowhere then they helped me and fixed my whole problem extremely fast they where nice the whole way through and they where verry patient. I almost thought i could not play but they helped and fixed the problem. They disserve a raise!
