They keep charging me for multiple Servers, but I can only access one. Support not very helpful.

I am a casual Rust player and official servers are way too hardcore in terms of PvP, so I decided to train a bit on a private server and get used to this game. Having noticed Shockbyte is the official partner for Rust, I went ahead with this option. Hosting is simply great, control panel is very intuitive, knowledge base articles are very helpful and my interaction with support team was flawless. Add-ons are being supported and there are many configuration options. Having a private server available in 5-10 min after purchase is definitely something I appreciate. Really happy with my choice.

I accidentally purchased an upgrade that I didn’t really need and there billing team got me a refund in the next few days. Highly recommend. But if you use it just make sure you know exactly what you are paying for.
