An open world full of dangers

HumanitZ is set several years after a devastating zombie outbreak that has wiped out civilization. In this open world, you will encounter a variety of environments - from abandoned cities to untouched wilderness - and must be constantly vigilant, as the so-called "Zeeks" could be lurking around every corner.

Survival through building and crafting

Build safe havens by fortifying abandoned buildings or constructing your own bases. Use the extensive crafting system to produce equipment, weapons and vital supplies. Whether you're lighting a campfire or building complex defenses, your creativity will determine your survival.

Hunting, fishing and farming

Resources are scarce in the world of HumanitZ. Go hunting, fish in deserted waters or farm to feed yourself and your group. These activities not only provide food, but also materials for further crafting projects.

Single player and co-op mode

Character customization and permadeath

Choose from different characters with unique abilities and customize them to your playstyle with perks and stats. For particularly brave players, there's Permadeath mode, where every mistake can be final.

Vehicles and dynamic weather

Use drivable vehicles to travel faster through the world or to reach hard-to-reach places. The dynamic weather system not only affects visibility, but also the behavior of the zombies, making every expedition unpredictable
