Bradf is a Regional Dumpster Fire pretending to be a manager. He is ableist, rude, condescending and breaks the laws and ToS without impunity. G-Portal should support their customers better and not allow such a violent bully to run the American side of support because he has destroyed the support team.
They charge extra money for expedited support tickets. 2nd day into trouble shooting my valheim server's failure to save progress server side, and after being asked to do simple things I had already done (I obliged and did them again). I stopped being able to access my tickets. The page hangs and for the last 3 hours I've not even been able to access my support tickets. Additionally, they charge $2.99 for "expedited" support, and they charge $5.99 for "++" service (whatever that is). Let me be clear...they are charging money to be put in the front of the line for support issues on a service you are already paying montly for.
I have been a GPortal customer for a few years now, and they always have game servers for popular games that I play with my community. The service is great, the servers are easy to setup. The support on discord is fast, friendly, and knowledgable.
GPortal offers excellent Customer Service! If you submit a ticket they respond almost immediately and they do their best to rectify the issue as soon as possible, or explain when it will be rectified.
