Got a server, paid for one month (they charge per month at the start of every month and not relative to when you purchase the server) so I paid again a few days later, then the server I was paying for became unplayable. Requested a refund only for the "second" (had not even been 30 days) month's payment and they told me I was past the refund period (not even a week) but of course they kindly offered me some credits to use on the site that I plan to never use again. Not only could I not receive a refund for one of the two months I had paid for within less than a week, but we received no compensation for the Black Friday sale we'd purchased the server just a few days prior to (which said sale seemed to massively tank our performance and is the reason we believe the server suddenly became completely unplayable).Alongside all this,you cannot change server locations (which is a pretty damn standard feature for most hosting services), the UI is horrific and setting up mods and such is terrible.Overall a terrible experience, website is poorly put together, the staff are unhelpful and the company behind it is scummy and does not care about its customers at all.
