I haven’t been able to watch it for about 3 days now and I’ve emailed them and told them and they told me what they think was wrong and how to fix it I did everything they said too do but it still didn’t work then he tried to blame it on my poor internet but I have the fastest internet possible It worked good for the first 2 months then would lag and it would kick/logg me out 1-2x a month and then it wouldn’t let me log back in for hrs even days and I know at least another 5 people that have the same occuring issues I definitely don’t recommend this unless you wanna deal with this annoying issue and they take days most of the time to reply back too you

I bought a server from this company and set it up specifically for proxy use. Although I ordered a server located in Germany, the IP was showing as being in South Africa. When I pointed this out, they insisted the server was physically in Germany. Later, they blamed the issue on "GeoIP errors" and tried to brush it off.They told me via ticket three days ago that I’d receive a refund — but since then, they've completely ignored all my support requests. This kind of behavior honestly feels like a scam. I asked them to properly resolve the issue, but they offered no real help. After I reached out on Discord, they just blocked me from their server.I absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible support, dishonest behavior, and zero responsibility.NOT : They said that the refund of the return within 3 days and then identified 8 Bussines days. They don't know what they say.. They are not reliable, they are like scamUPDATE: You ignored every support request. Being threatened by the owner was completely unacceptable. I got my refund through a PayPal refund, as you clearly planned to delay it for 20 days... You didn't want to make a refund
