Enrique Gracia was an amazing person to work with. The last Nitrado rep was snippy with me stating they only do things with servers and don't want to be bother with support questions, not about the game about the server. But Enrique was patient, took the time to make sure all my needs and questions were addressed to get me back up and running in my server. Thank You

Gabriela Gómez was a great help in correcting the issue at hand and was patient with me. That was due to me not knowing I was communicating with an Al for a while. Thanks again.

The support agent Elias Harmon was able to help me very fast and competently. The only negative aspect would be the long wait time, but that is a capacitive issue and not the fault of the agent.
