As someone who purchased an Ark: Survival Ascended server, I can confidently say that Nitrado has left me with the best gaming experience ever. The customer service and assistance is amazing, and it's very easy to buy and set up servers for your games. Trust me, the prices can be a little scary, but it's worth every penny. I 100% recommend for ps5 and Xbox players.

Bought a server for LotR Moria to play with a friend. Setup went well, we started fresh game and then rubber banding started for me and a friend. It was just unplayable. Tried to reach support - chat wait time 2h+. Waited for 2.5h got a response, but as it happened I had a call and didn't heard nor saw the message from Nitrado Sergio S, and chat was closed the same time I responded (approx 10 min after their response). Ticket was opened and their response time is 24-48h. Tried on discord as well where some random community help "Andy" acted up instead of actually helping.Ended up switching to Bisect where they resolved same issue within 30min.I requested refund for the Nitrado but by the looks of it, I won't see that money back. 0/10 serviceUpdate: They are just closing tickets without any response .. worst experience ever, can't even get a refund!
