I paid for the service set up my setting and then could not find my server. 6 hours later I was finally able to get on. that lasted for a day and a half. me and my friends got kicked offline and now cannot find the server again. I have received no help from the server help channel and have spent more time trying to play than actually being able to play. if this isn't solved soon, I will be canceling and finding a different dedicated server to pay for.

xREALM has been absolutely amazing. They’ve had the best ping and stability out of the other competitors. I currently have 1 Private Dune Server and co-run 1 Private Dune World. Our EU players on the private world have said it runs as smooth as butter. When ever we need something or help with our private world their amazing staff is always there to lend a hand. A+ customer service and support. They also have an amazing moderator always there to answer questions and concerns.

Absolutely excellent customer service. I was able to refund two separate server rentals and they didn't make it difficult whatsoever. They just provided service. A rare and nice exception to other providers that usually give mediocre service.
